Position Summary

A Senior Salesforce Administrator is a crucial role responsible for the holistic health and effectiveness of an organization's Salesforce platform, encompassing the maintenance, configuration, user support, data management, and project collaboration across various business units and Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). This individual leverages deep knowledge across these clouds and strong declarative skills to translate diverse business needs into effective solutions within each, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction while adhering to governance policies and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-cloud integration and improvement. They act as a subject matter expert across the Salesforce ecosystem, providing support, mentorship, and contributing to the strategic alignment of Salesforce with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and roles in Salesforce.
  • CPQ Administration: Assist in building, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce CPQ implementations, and stay updated on the Quote-to-Cash product suite.
  • Configuration: Customize Salesforce using declarative tools like Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts. Leverage Einstein where appropriate.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity through tasks such as deduplication and data imports/exports.
  • User Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with system enhancement requests.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to help business teams make data-driven decisions within Standard reporting and CRM analytics.
  • Training and Documentation: Support user training on Salesforce features and maintain system documentation.
  • System Optimization: Evaluate platform performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Automation: Help automate business processes using Salesforce tools like flows, approvals, and scheduled jobs.
  • Release Management: Assist with Salesforce updates, testing new features, and ensuring smooth integration with business processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Reports/Dashboards, and CRM analytics.
  • Experience with managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Experience with data management practices, including importing/exporting and data integrity.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $145,000 + bonus + benefits
