This mid-level position is instrumental in supporting our advisory teams and an excellent opportunity to develop within the financial services industry while providing upward mobility for multiple career paths. Successful candidates for this position will have strong knowledge and experience implementing Salesforce configurations and be able to thrive in a team environment with competing deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, serving as the internal subject matter expert and lead admin responsible for platform design, maintenance, and innovation. Design, build, and optimize automation using Flow Builder, validation rules, custom objects, and declarative tools to streamline advisor and operations workflows.
  • Lead new feature development, data architecture changes, and integration projects with limited oversight, ensuring enhancements align with industry best practices and firm strategy.
  • Manage CRM data integrity, execute large-scale migrations (especially during M&A events), and oversee sandbox-to-production deployments.
  • Act as the go-to resource for advanced Salesforce troubleshooting, cross-functional project support, and user enablement through training and documentation.
Competencies
  • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset, with an ability to simplify complex processes and architect scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and translate business needs into platform functionality.
  • Highly self-sufficient, capable of managing end-to-end projects with minimal hand-holding or external guidance.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles, platform updates, and AppExchange tools commonly used in financial services.
Education/Experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including at least 2 years in Financial Services Cloud or wealth management-related environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building Flows, managing data migrations, creating custom objects, and supporting cross-system integrations.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience leading Salesforce-related initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated industry such as RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial planning firms.
Why Us?
  • We are an advisor-built firm with incredibly talented people, an authentic culture, and a fast-growing business.
  • Our world-class culture is our top priority, offering perks such as fitness classes, internal and networking events, continuing education support, and much more.
  • We built our firm to put our client’s best interests first and always. Our advisors and professionals are committed to providing thoughtful, independent advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, businesses, and institutions.
  • In addition to being part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, our firm provides the following benefits:
    • Competitive compensation structure
    • 401(k) Plan
    • Employer health savings account
    • Medical & vision insurance
    • Continuing education support
  • Salary range for this role: $100,000 - $130,000

Passionate about its people, this firm invests a lot of time, energy, and resources in them, and they are genuinely excited to come to work on Monday morning.

Unfortunately, they can’t provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, etc.).

This role is a hybrid in-office/remote work and full-time position in our Seattle office, reporting to the firm’s Director of Technology.
