Summary:

The Jr. Salesforce Developer/Administrator is responsible for developing, building, administering and maintaining our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field required
  • Minimum one year administration and development experience in Salesforce or similar technology required
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts and object-oriented programming required
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and declarative development capabilities required
  • Understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow required
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform experience required (Sales Cloud / Financial Services Cloud preferred)
  • Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs preferred
  • Exposure to integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) preferred
    Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification preferred
  • Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein and Agentforce preferred
    Experience building reports and dashboards preferred
    Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Salesforce administration activities including user support, troubleshooting, security configuration, and issue resolution
  • Design, develop, and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, approval processes and automation
  • Maintain Salesforce security configurations including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, while partnering with Senior Salesforce Developers on advanced development efforts
  • Manage data quality initiatives including data validation, data integrity monitoring, data migration support, and ongoing governance activities
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support connectivity between Salesforce and external systems via MuleSoft iPaaS using APIs and file-based integrations
  • Validate and monitor data flowing into and out of Salesforce to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Hands-on platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across Financial Services Cloud and related Salesforce products
  • Participate in code reviews, testing (unit and integration), release management, and deployment activities following SDLC best practices
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation related to configurations, enhancements, integrations, and operational procedures
  • Support change management processes in alignment with Enterprise Project Management policies
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices to improve business processes and user experience
  • Support adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein, to enhance automation, intelligent workflows, and user interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to support enterprise initiatives and platform scalability
  • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $40.50 - $48.75per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
