What is Salesforce administration?

Salesforce Administration refers to the process of managing and customizing the Salesforce platform to suit an organization’s needs. Salesforce Administrators are responsible for user management, security, data management, creating reports and dashboards, and automating business processes within Salesforce. They act as the bridge between business requirements and the technical capabilities of Salesforce, ensuring that users can efficiently access and utilize the platform. Admins also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to maximize productivity and maintain data integrity.

What are some common challenges Salesforce administrators face when managing system customization requests from different departments?

Salesforce Administrators often receive customization requests from various departments, each with unique needs and priorities. Balancing these requests while maintaining system integrity and performance can be challenging.
