• 9+ years of experience in software development
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience
• Demonstrable experience to technically design and architect enterprise class applications.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.
• Mature design pattern usage - 5+ years of Project Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development (APEX, Triggers, Lightening, Visual Force, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Configuration
• Experience with agile development processes, specifically SCRUM
Experience with Subversion, Jira, Jenkins and BitBucket
Must have experience with Agile work process
Must have experience using JIRA tool
