Position Overview:

Canidium is a leading consultancy specializing in Integrated Revenue Optimization and sales operations technologies. We collaborate with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

We are seeking a Salesforce Client Partner to play a pivotal role in deepening our relationships and growing our revenue pipeline with strategic customers. This role bridges the gap between our clients' business needs and the vast array of Salesforce solutions and products, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investments and identifying opportunities to position Canidium’s implementation and consulting expertise.

 

The Salesforce Client Partner is a revenue generating role, focused on strategic growth and optimization within our clients' Salesforce environments, while acting as a trusted advisor to develop new relationships, leads, and opportunities. This role will seamlessly integrate into our clients' ecosystems across multiple practice lines to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive value and enhance the customer’s operational success.

 
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Development
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client accounts.

  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to proactively identify areas where Salesforce solutions can add value.

  • Act as a strategic advisor for end-to-end Lead-to-Pay processes, identifying opportunities to connect clients' legacy Incentive Compensation (SPM/ICM), CPQ or Pricing environments with modern Salesforce architectures.

  • Establish and maintain foundational relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to drive pipeline growth. 

Collaborative Account Management
  • Partner closely with internal Project Managers (PMs) to gain deep insights into current implementations, services delivered, and ongoing projects.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality solutions and services.

  • Partner with Practice Leads and understand the value proposition of the different technologies that Canidium represents.

Salesforce Solutions Expertise
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce product offerings, updates, and best practices.

  • Educate clients on relevant Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals and operational needs.

  • Interface with the Salesforce Practice delivery team to understand ecosystem and platform updates, as well as industry-specific customer needs.

Opportunity Identification & Development
  • Analyze client environments to identify leads and opportunities for optimization, enhancement, or expansion of Salesforce products and services.

  • Develop tailored strategies to present these opportunities in a consultative manner, focusing on client benefits.

  • Create and nurture leads across strategic accounts, working with the Head of Salesforce Strategy to cross-sell and move deals through the opportunity pipeline

  • Proven experience navigating the Salesforce ecosystem, including co-selling and aligning account strategies with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and Partner Account Managers (PAMs).

Client Advocacy & Success Planning
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring their feedback and needs are communicated internally.

  • For customers that have Salesforce Managed Services, develop and execute client success plans that outline objectives, milestones, and metrics for success.

Market & Industry Insight
  • Stay informed about industry trends, partner program requirements, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative insights.

  • Share Salesforce platform best practices and thought leadership to position Canidium as a valuable strategic partner.

 
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a client-facing role within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as consulting, solutions architecture, account management, or sales.

  • Experience carrying a sales quota, developing leads and opportunities, and delivering in monthly and quarterly sales cycles.

  • Preference to candidates with prior experience operating in a sales capacity that resulted in increased pipeline growth.

Technical Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Salesforce Agentforce, Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Revenue Management, Agentforce Service , Experience Cloud, and other Platform solutions.

  • Salesforce Consultant-level certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional,  Salesforce Platform App Builder)Experience working with Salesforce ISV Partners is highly preferred.

  • RevOps Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of how CRM (Agentforce Sales/Service), CPQ, Billing, and Incentive Compensation (SPM/ICM) interact across an enterprise tech stack.

Soft Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of building rapport and trust with clients at VP and C-suite levels.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.

Other Requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and practices while navigating organizational dynamics.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects, as well as attend occasional Salesforce or industry-specific conferences.

  • Strong preference to candidates who come with an established network of Salesforce Account Executive relationships.
