Job description

Description: Develop productive B2B relationships with referring medical practices and self-insured companies, for Orthopedic, Pain, and PT service lines in the DFW market. In addition to driving new business, there will be opportunity to further expand existing relationships.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Call on local Medical practices and Self-insured Companies to develop referral relationships focused on Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy
    • Develop new and existing relationships
    • Facilitate incoming referrals through designated tracking channels
      • Custom tracking will be in place for identification of new guest
    • Track and report on all guest volume and sources
  • Assist with Design and Maintenance tracking process
    • Lead Tracking and Scoreboard
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on referral tracking to Executive team
    • Guest Volume
    • Referral Volume and Patterns
  • Work with VP of Business Development to expand regionally once at scale in DFW Market
    • Create and execute on sales goals and targets
  • Comp is base salary + 50$ per new guest completed visit, as indicated by agreed upon tracking sources and channels
  • Mileage and agreed upon expense reimbursement
  • Must be an independent self-starter that is comfortable with independence and accountability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare Sales
  • Exhibits behaviors consistent with motivated sales professional
  • Must be able to triage multiple referrals and update their status regularly
  • Ability to work full time Monday-Friday
  • Ability to demonstrate professional communication, and work well with others
  • Must be able to learn our patient management systems and tracking platforms
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel
