Vice President, Strategy - Compliance Solutions Sales

The VP, Strategy will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering the CoSo Sales transformation agenda. This role will drive a coordinated roadmap of initiatives focused on accelerating organic growth, improving operational efficiency, advancing talent programs, enabling digital capabilities, and evolving our overall business model.

Working closely with the SVP, Sales and the CoSo Sales Leadership Team, this leader will help transform how we go to market-bringing an experienced perspective and translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategies. The role will partner across business units and functions to deliver measurable results while modeling the behaviors required to embed and sustain change.

This position offers high visibility across the organization and the opportunity to lead priority initiatives that are critical to CoSo Sales success. The VP, Strategy will lead cross-functional workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure strong execution against strategic priorities. Additionally leading a team of Area Product Leaders that will execute on current growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the SVP, Sales and CoSo Sales Leadership Team to shape and advance key strategic priorities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, productivity, and growth
  • Translate ambiguous challenges into structured problem solving, clear plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Identify and drive sales process improvements, working closely with frontline teams and leadership
  • Establish and manage KPIs to track performance and inform decision-making
  • Drive strong execution through disciplined program management, governance, and cadence
  • Leverage PMO tools to track progress, risks, and financial impact of key initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align performance metrics, incentives, and enablement programs
  • Recommend improvements to sales roles, coverage models, and organizational design
  • Develop clear, compelling communications (presentations, business cases, strategic narratives) to influence decisions
  • Build strong relationships across functions to drive alignment and execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in sales strategy, sales transformation business consulting and sales operations.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with hands-on leadership style with a willingness to dive into the work when needed
  • Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and working effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced setting
  • Strength in structured problem solving, solution design, and execution
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Solid business and financial acumen
  • Passion for driving change, improving performance, and building team capability
