Job description

Overview
In this position, you will use your strong customer service skills and desire to help others to support our software user community. You will coordinate and manage logistics for training classes as well as support a variety of other trainings and programs, including Esri's User Conference, internal and distributor trainings, and training certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all logistics for training classes by collaborating with customers and teams across Esri
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to support training sales goals and customer experience
  • Develop, manage, and communicate event details in alignment with customer needs, including requested schedules, staffing, equipment, classroom setup, and location details
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams for training class coordination needs
  • Increase revenue by enrolling wait-listed and cancelled-upon students in classes
  • Generate predefined or ad-hoc SAP reports and additional tasks as needed

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external customers
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, flexible with last-minute changes and requests, and ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused and customer service oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
  • Ability to work one of the following schedules:
    • Eastern Standard Time zone schedule (8am-5pm ET), working with a team on the East Coast
    • Pacific Standard Time zone schedule (8am-5pm PT), working with our Redlands team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field

Recommended Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional office environment
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
