Core Strategy is seeking a Growth Enablement Lead to support go-to-market initiatives, client engagement, process development, and software solution presentations.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strong communication skills with operational thinking and enjoys both strategic and execution-focused work. You'll help improve how we approach outreach, customer engagement, demos, and sales operations while working directly with leadership on growth-focused initiatives.

We are looking for someone resourceful, coachable, tech-savvy, and excited to grow within a fast-moving company environment. This is not a narrow corporate role. You'll work closely with leadership on real growth initiatives, client-facing projects, and operational systems that directly impact revenue.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and sales materials
  • Support email campaigns, webinar initiatives, and lead generation projects
  • Help improve messaging and positioning across campaigns
  • Assist with competitive research and market analysis
  • Help establish scalable processes for prospect engagement, lead nurturing, and sales follow-through from initial outreach to customer conversion

Growth & Revenue Operations

  • Build and maintain outreach systems and lead management workflows
  • Help create repeatable processes for sales and marketing activities
  • Maintain CRM data and support pipeline reporting
  • Assist with outbound campaigns and prospect engagement initiatives
  • Assist in building linked in campaigns

Product Demos & Client Engagement

  • Conduct software demos and walkthroughs for prospective clients and partners
  • Assist with/lead onboarding calls, presentations, and customer communications
  • Help tailor demonstrations based on client needs and workflows
  • Support the sales process from initial outreach through customer conversion

Partnerships & Growth

  • Research and identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Support referral and channel partner initiatives
  • Help coordinate and lead webinars, campaigns, and collaborative marketing efforts
  • Help build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, startups, partnerships, sales support, marketing, customer success, or business operations
  • Experience conducting software demos or customer presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred

  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Zoho or similar platforms
  • Exposure to SaaS, AI, or strategy management consulting
  • Experience leading outreach, sales, or marketing efforts
  • Experience documenting workflows or creating SOPs
  • Experience with Jira
