Job description

JOB TITLE: Sales Support Coordinator I

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator will provide direct support to one or multiple sales teams to includes Sales Directors and VP's. Support functions include preparing price lists, presentation materials and preparing reports for internal sales reviews. Accomplishing these tasks will require coordinating with multiple departments outside of Sales and Business Development to include Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Accounting and Operations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast pace, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability so successfully execute complex tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability working in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update, maintain and review price lists on established pricing structures
  • Responsible for the preparation and development of specification sheets
  • Responsible for organizing sales presentation material
  • Process client forms for new and existing customers and vendors in support of the sales process
  • Submit sample, first batch and R&D requests in support of the sales process
  • Assist in preparation of period and quarter sales review presentation reports for sales team members
  • Responsible for preparing analytical reports to support sales channel needs
  • Update and maintain customer reports, sales forecast, and budgets for assigned sales channels
  • Attend assigned sales channel meetings
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and VP's to meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
