Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada.  This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.   

The Food Service Sales Rep (FSR) will use superior cold-calling and fact-based selling skills to generate and achieve new business targets within the Restaurant and Recreation/Retail Food Service channels.  They will also develop Pepsi beverage presence in existing accounts through expansion of priority brands, innovation, and other Channelized initiatives.  Segments of business to include:  Restaurants, Recreation/Amusement, Hotels, Movie Theaters, and others. 


Responsibilities
  • Acquire new Food Service accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions to drive Restaurant share and achieve new business growth targets across key segments 
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior customer service and beverage execution 
  • Analyze Customer information using market data and internal sales data to identify and expand business opportunities 
  • Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless execution of logistics 
  • Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the town Pepsi Blue 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
