Job description

The role of IDIQ Program Manager is to provide guidance and hold full responsibility for several of Red River’s GWAC/IDIQ Programs and their success. In collaboration with the Stakeholders, will develop and manage models for growth and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. An individual in this position will accomplish strong relationship development with customers, technical and contracting personnel. and will oversee DPM’s to ensure overall Red River compliant contract utilization. Work with Red Rivers IDIQ Director to further the infrastructure necessary to support our large contracts portfolio. Serves as the main liaison between the company, federal customers, and NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO). Attend Contract Management meetings and prepares or reviews all program management deliverables, and maintain relationship with government PMO. Collaborates with capture and sales teams to drive contract utilization, build OEM/partner relationships, and grow revenue. Supervise Deputy Program Managers with day to day Technical Refresh activities and product catalog maintenance for Red River Contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with task order response coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of communications and reports.
  • Manage data tracking and analysis across multi-billion-dollar contract vehicles and associated purchase agreements, teaming agreements, and partner agreements.
  • Develop and update contract training materials for RR Sales, Business Operations, and other RR departments as required.
  • Coordinate with RR Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate performance.
  • Manage contract marketing and outreach activities across Red River contracts.
  • o Represent Red River at Industry Events.
  • Prepare Contract User Guides for internal and external use.
  • Become proficient with Red River’s internal systems including Radar, Navision, Tableau.
  • Independently manage other business duties as required.
Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and applicable work experience.
  • PMP Certification/or similar.
  • Previous experience with Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS) and Multi-Agency, Multiple award IDIQs such SEWP, CIO-CS, ITES-4H/SW2/3S, GSA MAS, GSA OASIS+ and related Contract Portals.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a sales office environment.

  • Ability to apply sound judgement to high stake contract needs, quickly grasping complex business concepts and processes.

  • The candidate must be motivated, proactive, be able to learn and adapt quickly.
