Role Purpose:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the execution of Vista’s sales efforts across all markets, while continuing to personally manage and grow assigned accounts. This role serves as the day-to-day leader of the sales team, ensuring alignment to company priorities, consistent sales execution, accurate forecasting, and strong cross-functional communication. This position functions as a player-coach, balancing individual account responsibility with team leadership, coaching, and accountability. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational discipline, and the ability to lead a team toward revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Knowledge amp; Skills:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the sales process, including pipeline management, opportunity development, forecasting, and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable to goals and commitments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present ideas to internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to sell Vista’s value proposition at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Track record of achieving sales growth and revenue objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through and deadline management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM/ERP experience preferred.
  • College degree (BA/BS) preferred, with a concentration in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within OEM, custom solution selling, and distribution channels.
  • Experience with sales planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Travel requirement: approximately 20–30%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of Vista’s sales activities across all markets, providing direction, coaching, and accountability to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Establish and lead regular sales cadence, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reviews, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SIOP.
  • Foster team alignment around company goals, messaging, customer commitments, and expected sales behaviors.
  • Continue to personally manage and grow assigned customer accounts while modeling best practices for the sales organization.
  • Own coordination of sales forecasts, pipeline accuracy, and sales reporting in partnership with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance.
  • Serve as the primary sales liaison with Product Management, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Marketing to support execution, new product launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate market and competitive insights, providing actionable feedback to leadership and product teams.
  • Follow and support all Vista quality objectives, sales processes, and internal workflows, promoting consistency and professionalism across the sales organization.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, leadership development, and personal growth.
