Are you a motivated sales professional who knows how to build trust, close deals, and earn based on performance?
Honest Abe Roofing is looking for a driven Residential Roofing Sales Pro to meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close high-value residential roofing projects.
This is not a cold-calling role. Our team provides company-generated leads and scheduled homeowner appointments. Your job is to show up prepared, follow our proven sales process, educate the homeowner, and help them make a confident decision.
If you are competitive, coachable, customer-focused, and motivated by uncapped income potential, this could be a strong opportunity.
Why This Role Is Different
Most roofing sales jobs expect you to knock doors, chase your own leads, and figure it out on your own.
We do it differently.
At Honest Abe Roofing, we provide:
  • Company-generated homeowner appointments
  • Paid training and ramp support
  • A company vehicle and gas card
  • A proven sales process
  • High-ticket residential roofing opportunities
  • CRM tools and sales systems
  • Support from production and customer service teams
  • Ongoing coaching and accountability
You bring the drive, discipline, follow-up, and ability to close.
What Youll Do
  • Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
  • Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
  • Present roofing solutions and project estimates
  • Educate homeowners on their options
  • Follow the Honest Abe Roofing sales process
  • Manage follow-up through the CRM
  • Coordinate with production after the sale
  • Represent the brand professionally in the field
  • Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed
What Were Looking For
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Willingness to learn roofing, products, pricing, and process
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening, if required
Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped commission potential.
The posted compensation range of $75,000 to $150,000 per year reflects realistic first-year earnings for successful Roofing Advisors. Top performers can earn more.
Honest Abe Roofing provides paid training and ramp support to help new sales professionals get started.
This role is best for someone who wants the upside of commission sales and is willing to follow a proven process, stay accountable, and consistently convert scheduled appointments into sold projects.
