Responsibilities

The Renewals Sales Process Specialist (SPS) is responsible for supporting the renewals sales (GSR) organization, which is focused on the sale of post-sales services offerings for Keysight hardware and software products. In this role, the SPS is required to have a deep understanding of internal processes, systems, and tools for their functional area - this could include activities such as running reports on customer asset data, purchases, and service history. Other areas of support may include data research and analysis, tool management, sales and customer reporting/metrics, application assistance, managing escalations, and complex problem resolution. The SPS will be responsible for generating service quotes in SalesForce (S&R or Transaction Manager), reports (through Incorta, C360, Tableau), analysis of the data, and provide guidance for the Renewals Services Sales Team, as requested. The SPS will also act as a liaison to resolve problems requiring technical breadth depth of knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, and services. In addition, the role may be asked to support the renewal sales organization with training and guidance, as needed and requested.
