Responsibilities

  • Salary: $113,000 - $141,250 plus annual target bonus (advertised range is for CA only)
  • This role can be based out of: CA, IL, KY, MI, MN, NV, TN, or WI

Position Responsibilities:ย 

  • Drive Revenue, Gross Profit and Operating Income (OI) growth, through collaboration with the Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership teams as well as the Leadership team and identifies opportunities for Revenue and Margin

  • Lead annual planning process for Revenue, Margin and Volume including presenting and aligning on sources of growth, price package plans, and executional elements, i.e., contingency plans, etc. and identify opportunities to grow Revenue and Margin by utilizing segmentation data and other data sources, i.e., Nielsen, etc.ย 

  • Identity and communicate key opportunities and solutions to the Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership teams to gain support and drive improved results, including improving on promotions ROI

  • Lead and participate in weekly performance routines, monthly performance reviews and monthly "Deep Dive" sessions to affect results and drive alignment with company strategy

  • Participate in Customer Program Approval and Communication Tool discussions and provide decision support, market implications and ensure coherency

  • Review Market Unit and Region Key Account pricing requests, Investment Request Forms and Economic Analysis Models and communicate the retail price package promotional plans during the Annual Planning process

  • Other duties as assignedย 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:ย 

  • Bachelor's Degree withย 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma withย 9 plus years of specific experience ย 

Preferred Educationย and Experience:ย 

  • MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)ย
