Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

Position Overview: 

The Sales Operations Analyst drives business growth by turning complex sales data into actionable executive insights. This role focuses on building analytical dashboards, maintaining CRM data integrity, and developing accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic leadership decisions.

Primary Job Duties:

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build Dashboards: Design and maintain automated performance dashboards in CRM and BI tools.
  • Track Key Metrics: Monitor critical sales KPIs including pipeline health, win rates, and sales cycle velocity.
  • Deliver Insights: Translate raw data trends into clear, visual stories for the commercial team.

Executive Read-Outs

  • Prepare Presentations: Synthesize complex datasets into high-level PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
  • Brief Leadership: Conduct regular performance briefings for sales directors and C-suite executives.
  • Explain Variance: Highlight performance gaps and identify specific operational drivers behind the numbers.

Data Integrity

  • Audit CRM Systems: Perform regular data hygiene checks within Salesforce
  • Enforce Compliance: Establish strict data entry protocols for account managers and sales reps.
  • Standardize Pipelines: Cleanse historical data to ensure accurate year-over-year reporting.

Qualifications
