Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support Vestwell's commercial engine across the full sales lifecycle — from contract execution through post-sale changes and ongoing data integrity.

This role sits at the center of Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, and Customer teams, acting as a trusted operational partner that keeps deals moving, data clean, and processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys jumping into ad-hoc requests, and takes pride in precision, follow-through, and operational excellence.

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be responsible for supporting core sales operations workflows with a strong emphasis on contracting desk execution, in-flight and ad-hoc sales funnel support, post-sale change management, and ongoing CRM data hygiene. Your work will help ensure that deals close efficiently, downstream teams have accurate information, and leadership can trust the data powering decisions.

You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer teams to resolve issues, unblock deals, and maintain a high-quality system of record as Vestwell continues to scale.

Day-to-Day, You May Also Be Expected To:

Contracting Desk Support

  • Act as a primary point of support for contract generation, review coordination, redlines, execution tracking, and deal documentation.
  • Ensure contract details align with approved pricing, terms, and internal policies.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to resolve contract-related issues and exceptions.

Ad-Hoc Sales Funnel Support

  • Support active opportunities by resolving data gaps, routing issues, and process blockers.
  • Assist sales teams with opportunity updates, stage hygiene, and accuracy during live deal cycles.
  • Provide on-demand reporting or data pulls to support pipeline reviews and leadership requests.

Post-Sale Change & Amendment Support

  • Manage post-sale changes such as amendments, pricing updates, plan changes, or account structure updates.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to ensure post-sale changes are accurately reflected in Salesforce and downstream systems.
  • Maintain documentation and auditability of all post-sale modifications.

Data Hygiene & CRM Integrity

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc data hygiene reviews across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and contracts.
  • Identify and remediate data quality issues including duplicates, missing fields, misaligned ownership, and outdated records.
  • Support bulk data cleanup efforts using Salesforce tools and data loader as needed.

Cross-Functional Operational Support

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from Sales Operations and Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement of sales workflows.
  • Support system access, user provisioning, and basic Salesforce configuration requests as needed.

Partner Contracting Desk Support

  • Assisting with partnership intake, contracting logistics, and maintaining accurate Salesforce partner records.
  • Helping review and clean partner data, update reporting/dashboards, and track key partnership KPIs.
  • Contributing to process documentation and pitching in on deal desk contracting during peak periods.

Requirements

The Necessities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a similar commercial operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume, transactional work.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills, especially when working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Extras

  • Experience supporting a deal desk or contracting workflow.
  • Familiarity with post-sale change management processes.
  • Salesforce Admin experience or certification.
  • Prior experience supporting sales teams directly.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or private markets.
  • Experience with data cleanup, enrichment, or CRM governance initiatives.
