Operations Manager - Training & Relocation Program | Starting at $70K, Up to $100K After Placement

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a nationwide leading provider of rental car outsource services, is hiring Operations Managers for our Training & Relocation Program, designed to develop top-performing leaders and place them where they'll have the greatest impact.

How the program works:

  • Phase 1 – Training (1–2 months): You'll start at $70,000/year while completing hands-on operations training at one of our established airport locations. You'll learn our systems, leadership standards, and operational playbook directly from experienced site leaders.
  • Phase 2 – Relocation & Placement: Upon successful completion of training, you'll be relocated to one of our high-priority markets nationwide where strong leadership is needed most. Compensation in your placement role can reach up to $100,000/year, based on location and site performance.
