Sales Operations Coordinator The Sales Operations Coordinator is the organizational and technical backbone of the sales function. This role keeps the sales pipeline, customer data, presentation materials, and follow-up actions on track and current, freeing the sales team to stay focused on customers and revenue-generating activity. It combines strong project and data discipline with the ability to build polished, customer-ready materials and to drive multiple workstreams to completion with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities Own CRM data integrity maintain and update customer, prospect, opportunity, and activity records so pipeline information is accurate, current, and reportable.Maintain the sales pipeline track and report across gov, schools, police & fire, challenge coin, and wholesale accounts; catalog all new items with images, pricing, and quotes on the appropriate trackers.Own trade show execution handle all pre- and post-show logistics, coordination, materials, and follow-up.Build sales presentations and materials produce polished, customer-ready decks, proposals, and collateral from rough inputs for the sales team; keep all sales materials current.Track action items to completion manage follow-ups across the sales team and ensure timely closure.Coordinate the sales calendar schedule meetings, customer visits, presentations, and sales travel agendas.Process sales documents handle sales orders, quotations, and related documentation accurately.Coordinate cross-functionally interface with finance, production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service on sales-related matters.
