Job description

The PARP Residential Sales team is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Operations Manager to support our growing apartment locker network across North America. This role combines sales operations execution with hands-on strategic business analysis across network planning, sales process optimization, demand generation, and AI implementation. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving PARP's business performance through development of scalable processes and operational excellence that lead to network growth and revenue attainment. You will work independently to drive projects from conceptualization to execution, serving as a critical point of coordination between Sales Leadership, cross-functional teams, and partner organizations while acting as a strategic thought partner in shaping the trajectory of the residential locker business.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on and motivated self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguity and can navigate effectively to drive business results. This candidate should be comfortable building and experimenting with the latest tools including GenAI, and be able to identify opportunities to scale solutions across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to shape and optimize the go-to-market strategy for PARP's apartment locker network expansion across North America
- Own and optimize end-to-end sales processes in Salesforce, identifying reporting gaps and driving timely resolution while building scalable mechanisms to prevent recurrence
- Lead network planning initiatives, leveraging data analysis to inform site selection, market prioritization, and resource allocation decisions
Design and execute demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and accelerate property management group (PMG) acquisition
Implement AI-driven tools and workflows that simplify, standardize, and enable operational excellence across the organization
- Drive critical business activities including forecasting, operational strategy, business reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics for the business
- Synthesize complex data sets from multiple sources to surface key insights and trends for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with various stakeholders to execute key priorities and drive measurable outcomes
A day in the life
You start your morning reviewing Salesforce dashboards and pipeline reports, identifying trends in PMG conversion rates and flagging risks to the week's installation targets. By mid-morning, you're deep in Excel building a network expansion model that maps delivery density data against prospective apartment communities to prioritize the next wave of outreach. After lunch, you lead a working session with the sales team to roll out a new AI-powered lead scoring workflow you built to improve demand generation efficiency. In the afternoon, you're pulling together a business review deck that synthesizes sales performance, network growth metrics, and process optimization wins for leadership. No two days look the same - you might be troubleshooting a Salesforce automation, building a territory plan for a new market, or presenting an AI implementation roadmap to cross-functional partners. You operate with autonomy, move fast, and own your projects end-to-end.
About the team
Why PARP? PARP is building the world-class apartment locker network across North America, transforming how residents in multifamily communities receive packages. We are a nimble, scrappy team operating with a startup mentality inside Amazon; moving fast, solving hard problems, and building from the ground up. If you want to see your work directly translate into network growth and customer impact, this is the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
