Job description

Job Summary
This position is responsible for selling fuel, lubricants, diesel exhaust fluids (DEF), cardlock fuels, and petroleum equipment to a diverse range of customers.
What You Will Do...
Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and target profitable new business opportunities to expand the customer base for fuel, lubricants, DEF, cardlock fuels, and petroleum equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve profitable sales targets and grow market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to assess their needs and introduce new products and promotions.

Product Expertise
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings, including fuel, lubricants, DEF, and petroleum equipment.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and new products.

Sales Reporting and Administration
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

  • Assist in inventory management to ensure customer orders can be met.

  • Experience using CRM solutions.
