We are looking for industry leaders who can prepare students to build relationships with clients, drive business growth, and manage technology solutions in today's rapidly evolving digital marketplace.Successful candidates will bring practical experience in technology sales, account management, customer success, or e-commerce and will help students develop the skills needed to succeed in client-facing technology careers.**Responsibilities*** Teach in-person undergraduate courses in Technology Account Management.* Integrate current industry practices, case studies, and real-world applications into classroom instruction.* Help students develop professional skills in relationship management, technology sales, and customer engagement.* Provide timely feedback, assess student learning, and maintain accurate course records.* Foster an engaging, collaborative learning environment that supports student success.* Communicate regularly with students and department leadership.* Support the mission and values of Ensign College through professional conduct and student mentorship.**Course Topics Include*** Technology Account Management* E-Commerce Strategy and Operations* Customer Success Management* Technology Sales Fundamentals* Sales / Market Strategies* Digital Commerce Platforms* CRM Systems and Sales Technologies* Client Relationship Management* Business Development and Account Growth* Sales Analytics and Performance Measurement* Omnichannel Commerce* Negotiation and Consultative Selling* AI and Emerging Technologies in Sales and E-Commerce**Minimum Qualifications*** Professional industry experience in technology account management, technology sales, customer success, e-commerce, digital commerce, or a closely related field.* Demonstrated understanding of modern e-commerce platforms, digital business models, and customer relationship management.* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to connect classroom instruction with current industry practices and business challenges.* Commitment to mentoring students and preparing them for successful careers in technology and e-commerce.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts.* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.* Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar solutions.* Previous college-level teaching, corporate training, or professional development experience.* Industry certifications related to sales, CRM, cloud technologies, or e-commerce are a plus.**Why Teach at Ensign College?**Teaching at Ensign College offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of technology business professionals by sharing your expertise in technology account management and e-commerce.
