Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven In-Home A/C, Plumbing and Electrical Sales Representative to join our team. Must have experience within home HVAC sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems to homeowners. We will provide You will meet with clients in their homes, assess their A/C needs, provide expert recommendations, and close sales by offering customized solutions that align with their requirements and budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Home Consultations:
    • Conduct in-home visits to assess customers' A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical system needs.
    • Evaluate the customer's current systems, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Provide expert advice on energy-efficient systems, comfort solutions, water heaters, water filtration, electrical, and other available options.
  • Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
    • Present and demonstrate HVAC products and services in a clear, compelling manner to close sales.
    • Follow up with prospective clients after initial meetings to convert leads into sales.
  • Product Knowledge & Recommendations:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest A/C, Plumbing, and electrical technologies, products, and industry trends.
    • Tailor product recommendations to the customer's specific needs.
    • Help customers understand the benefits and value of each solution, including warranties, energy savings, and overall comfort.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to build customer loyalty and trust.
    • Address client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process by working closely with the operations team.
  • Sales Documentation & Reporting:
    • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, including pricing, financing options, and system specifications.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead follow-ups.
    • Report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
    • Provide all required documents for each job. To include permit, inspection, and notice of commencement documents.
  • Closing Sales & Following Up:
    • Close sales by securing signed contracts and coordinating next steps for system installation.
    • Provide post-sale support, including helping customers understand maintenance needs and offering additional services if necessary.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, in HVAC, a must.

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including types, features, and energy efficiency options.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.

Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and working directly with homeowners.

Ability to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on results.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must pass a drug test.
