Job description

About Case-Mate

Case-Mate is a global leader in fashion-forward mobile and tech accessories, creating products that protect your devices without sacrificing style. From phone cases and screen protection to charging, lifestyle, and emerging tech accessories, our products are sold through leading retailers and specialty stores around the world.

We move fast, think creatively, and aren't afraid to challenge the way things have always been done.

The Opportunity

Case-Mate is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to help keep our Sales team moving.

This role sits at the center of sales execution — supporting account managers, coordinating customer needs, helping manage orders and samples, preparing sales materials, maintaining accurate information, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks.

The right person is proactive, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You don't wait to be told twice, you follow through, and you understand that strong sales support can make the difference between an opportunity that moves forward and one that stalls.

What You'll Own

Support the Sales Team

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
  • Assist Account Managers and Sales leadership with customer requests, follow-up, presentations, reporting, and account-related needs.
  • Help prepare customer meetings, line reviews, sales presentations, pricing documents, and product information.
  • Coordinate product samples, displays, marketing materials, and other sales tools for customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain organized account files, customer information, pricing, and sales documentation.
  • Track open items and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and customer commitments are met.

Keep Orders & Accounts Moving

  • Assist with customer setup, order coordination, and account maintenance.
  • Help monitor order status, inventory availability, shipment timing, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to resolve order or account issues.
  • Communicate updates clearly and promptly to the Sales team.
  • Help identify issues before they become customer problems.
  • Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and account information across internal systems.

Support Reporting & Sales Execution

  • Prepare recurring sales reports, account updates, trackers, and other sales performance information.
  • Help maintain sales forecasts, account lists, customer trackers, and opportunity pipelines.
  • Assist with tracking promotions, new product launches, seasonal initiatives, and customer programs.
  • Support new product introductions by coordinating samples, information, pricing, and customer materials.
  • Help ensure Sales leadership has accurate and timely information needed to make decisions.
  • Assist with special projects and sales initiatives as needed.

Help Deliver a Great Customer Experience

  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer and internal sales inquiries.
  • Help coordinate requests related to product information, samples, pricing, inventory, and orders.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Follow through on commitments and make sure customers receive the information and support they need.
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination between Sales and the broader organization.

How We Work: Our Core Values

At Case-Mate, how you get results matters just as much as the results themselves.

Hustle

We move fast, act with urgency, and focus on results.

Sales moves quickly. We need someone who responds, follows up, and keeps things moving without waiting to be chased.

Innovation

We challenge the status quo with bold ideas.

We value people who look for smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to support the business.

Passion

We are driven by love for what we do and who we serve.

You care about the customer experience, the team you support, and the quality of the work you deliver.

Execution

We deliver high-quality results with precision and accountability.

Details matter. Accurate pricing, orders, reporting, and follow-through are critical to this role.

Respect

We collaborate and lead with kindness and professionalism.

You'll work across multiple departments and with customers every day. Strong communication and professionalism are essential.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, account coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting a B2B, wholesale, retail, or consumer-products sales team preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, sales reports, pricing information, and customer data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business applications.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, order-management, or sales systems preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of issues.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You'll Be Great Here If You...

  • Are the person who notices something is missing before anyone has to ask.
  • Love keeping things organized and closing the loop.
  • Can juggle multiple requests without losing track of the details.
  • Don't mind being the person behind the scenes making sure everything actually happens.
  • Know when to solve something yourself and when to escalate it.
  • Communicate clearly and don't leave people wondering where something stands.
  • Take pride in being reliable.
  • Like being part of a fast-moving Sales team where your work directly supports revenue.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll have:

  • Become a trusted and reliable partner to the Sales team.
  • Improved organization and visibility around customer requests, orders, samples, and account activity.
  • Helped reduce missed follow-ups and execution gaps.
  • Built strong working relationships across Sales, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Developed a reputation for accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Helped the Sales team spend more time selling and less time chasing administrative details.

Great sales teams don't run on selling alone. They run on execution.
