Your role
As an Application Sales Engineer based at our Houston office on Greens Road, you will play a key role in providing fluid solutions to our customers. Reporting directly to the Applications Engineering Manager, your core mission is to utilize your technical expertise and consultative skills to provide technically sound and customized fluid solutions that meet or exceed our customers' performance expectations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements, prepare competitive proposals, and support the sales process from conception through to delivery. Your responsibilities include:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of application conditions.
  • Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals that are tailored to customer-specific challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation for quotation standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Act as a key technical advisor to the sales team, providing guidance and support in revising proposals and addressing technical queries.
  • Resolve engineering challenges related to product specifications, conformity to standards, warranty considerations, and materials selection.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Adobe Professional will be advantageous.
