Sales Engineer
Our Client | Northeast & Southeast Regions

Our Client, a manufacturer of high performance concrete repair materials, is experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for top performing regional sales representatives seeking career advancement and high income to help grow the market share for our products in the transportation industry sector.

The successful candidate will manage one of the sales regions as defined by the National Bridge Preservation Partnership (NBPP) while working from your home office and traveling regularly throughout the assigned territory. Current openings are for the Northeast and Southeast regions, both active territories with significant opportunity for continued growth. Our headquarters are located in Oakland Park, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish new accounts, from prospecting through fulfillment

  • Manage and grow existing business

  • Document sales calls, business intelligence, and sales opportunities

  • Engage in sales and technical training programs to improve skills

  • Support installations (sometimes overnight)

  • Travel up to 50% of the month

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; engineering degree is a plus

  • 3-5 years sales experience is preferred; experience with sales training methodology is a plus

  • Experience working with bridge/pavement maintenance crews, contractors, and engineers is preferred; concrete repair experience is a big plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

  • Competence using Microsoft 365 tools is required

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Personal responsibility to perform effectively in a self-directed working environment is required

  • Close proximity to major airport is required
