The Merchant & Partner Experience (MPX) team plays a pivotal role in the Global Payments Product Management organization, focusing on creating delightful experiences that span the entire customer experience lifecycle for both internal and external customers, maximizing our return on investment, and improving the speed we go to market for new products. Within MPX, our team manages Global Paymentsโ€™ Enterprise Merchant Solutions, specifically focusing on Sales, Boarding, and Servicing products, capabilities, and strategies and driving forward from ideation through delivery.

What youโ€™ll own

We are seeking a strategic, customerโ€‘centric, and resultsโ€‘oriented Product Director of Enterprise Sales Enablement & Boarding to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a critical product portfolio supporting the endโ€‘toโ€‘end enterprise customer lifecycle. This leader will be accountable for the platforms, capabilities, and experiences that power lead generation, sales enablement, pricing and quoting, onboarding (boarding), and workflow automation across the enterprise business. Reporting into Product Leadership, this role will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners while partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Boarding Operations, Risk, Engineering, Data & AI, Design, and Executive stakeholders. The Product Director will set the strategic roadmap, establish measurable outcomes, and drive technology investments that accelerate revenue growth, improve merchant experience, reduce operational complexity, and increase automation across the enterprise journey. The roleโ€™s scope aligns with the organizationโ€™s strategic focus on Enterprise sales enablement, Enterprise boarding experience, Lead generation, Salesforceโ€‘driven commercial workflows, and automation across onboarding and servicing journeys.

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and own the longโ€‘term product vision across Enterprise Sales & Boarding. Develop multiโ€‘year roadmaps aligned to company growth objectives, customer needs, and operational transformation goals. Establish outcomeโ€‘based product strategies focused on increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, accelerating boarding speed, and reducing operational friction. Identify opportunities to improve straightโ€‘through processing, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. Drive delivery of AI and automation opportunities across the onboarding lifecycle.

Partnership & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners. Build a highโ€‘performing product team focused on customer outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement. Create alignment across multiple product domains and shared platform capabilities. Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve efficiency, pipeline quality, conversion, and forecasting. Ensure teams maintain strong customer and merchant empathy while balancing business objectives. Build trusted partnerships across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

Product Management Excellence

Champion Agile product management practices and modern product operating models. Establish clear product goals, OKRs, and KPI frameworks. Drive disciplined discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and value realization processes. Ensure prioritization decisions are driven by measurable business value, customer impact, risk mitigation, and strategic objectives. Communicate product vision, roadmap decisions, business cases, and investment priorities to senior leadership. Facilitate alignment across competing stakeholder priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.

What youโ€™ll bring
  • Experience 7+ years of product management, sales, relationship management, business strategy, or other relevant business experience.
  • Experience owning enterpriseโ€‘scale products supporting sales, onboarding, customer lifecycle management, or operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated success defining product strategies and delivering largeโ€‘scale transformations.
  • Experience managing multiple Product Managers and building highโ€‘performing product organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, architecture, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Experience with enterprise sales technology stacks, including CRM, CPQ, workflow automation, lead management, and customer servicing platforms.
  • Functional understanding of complex data models and integrations.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI, machine learning, automation, and predictive analytics within commercial or operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies and lifecycle.

Leadership & Communication: Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills. Proven stakeholder management and relationshipโ€‘building capabilities. Experience influencing decisions across large, matrixed organizations. Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product strategies.

Industry Expertise
  • Strong understanding of merchant services, payments, acquiring, fintech, or financial technology.
  • Knowledge of enterprise merchant onboarding processes, pricing structures, risk workflows, and operational pain points.
  • Understanding of sales enablement, lead generation, customer acquisition, and enterprise customer journeys.
  • Itโ€™s a bonus if you have Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce, or related Salesforce ecosystem products.
  • Experience leading AIโ€‘enabled sales or onboarding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with underwriting, KYC/CDD, compliance, risk, or merchant boarding processes.
  • Experience building product strategies within complex B2B enterprise environments.
