ARE YOU THE SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE OUR TEAM NEEDS?

  • Experience in effectively articulating product selling points via phone and email
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions, including prospecting and lead research
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with excellent listening skills
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong working relationships

At least one year of experience in marketing, inside sales, or business development is preferred. A four-year post-secondary education/bachelor's degree is also a plus.

You'll start your day with the goal of making a minimum of 60 calls and sending 30 emails to prospective clients, helping to pave the way for new business opportunities. You will spend a significant amount of time scheduling initial meetings for the Sales team and providing them with in-depth information, ensuring that their meetings are productive and well-informed. Researching and evaluating additional leads through web exploration will also be a key component of your role, allowing you to continually adapt and refine our outreach strategy. Throughout the day, you will maintain all contacts and recording progress in Salesforce, ensuring a seamless flow of information and client interactions.
