About the Role

This is an expansion role designed to support the continued growth and scaling of our Sales Development team. Our Sales Development team members are at the forefront of our growth, responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, identifying and creating value, and helping to drive revenue by prospecting new clients.


  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to relevant individuals and organizations
  • Schedule qualified, online product demonstrations on a consistent basis, with monthly bonuses awarded for exceeding goals
  • Partner with Account Executives to support sales cycle success and drive urgency
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information
  • Opportunities to participate in company projects that support efficient company growth
  • Regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more
  • For strong performers, there is a potential opportunity to advance career and learn the necessary skills to move into a closing-role


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Sales Development, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • A deep interest in performance-based roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
