Summary:

Curana Health is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth through strategic partnerships with skilled nursing and senior living organizations across Kentucky. This is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for owning relationships, leading complex partnership discussions, and expanding Curana’s footprint in the market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative healthcare sales, enjoys autonomy, and wants to work directly with operators, executives, and clinical leaders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a regional pipeline of skilled nursing and senior living partnerships
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, operational, and clinical decision-makers
  • Lead partnership discussions from first conversation through execution and launch
  • Clearly articulate Curana Health’s value-based care and clinical services model
  • Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and contracting teams
  • Represent Curana Health at regional industry events and networking forums
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for partners in your market
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or consultative sales
  • Experience selling into skilled nursing, senior living, post-acute, or healthcare services
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort operating independently with regional ownership
