The Role

We're looking for driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing SMB Fleet team. We're building out a high-impact SDR team, and this isn't a "smile and dial" environment. This is a role where you'll own pipeline, work real opportunities, and develop skills that set you up for a long-term career in sales.

You'll be working a 50/50 mix of inbound and outbound, engaging with real prospects and contributing directly to revenue. You'll also be part of a team being built from the ground up - with hands-on coaching, strong leadership, and clear opportunities to advance quickly.

If you're looking for a fun, fast-paced environment where you can compete, learn, and grow - this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting

  • Connect with businesses to understand their needs and introduce Solera's solutions

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities forward

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on marketing-driven leads

  • Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals (calls, meetings, opportunities)

  • Leverage CRM tools and sales processes to track and manage opportunities

What You'll Bring

  • A competitive mindset and strong drive to succeed

  • Confidence communicating over the phone, email, and video

  • Coachability and a willingness to learn and improve quickly

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Why This Role

  • 🚀 Clear path to promotion - we reward performance

  • 🤝 Direct coaching and mentorship from leadership

  • 🔥 High-energy, in-person team environment

  • 📈 Real opportunity to build a long-term career in sales

  • 💥 Be part of a team that's growing and making an impact
