## Sales Development Representative

Gochenour Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to identify and connect with prospective insurance clients. This role focuses on outbound calling, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, facilitating warm transfers to licensed sales representatives, and accurately documenting activity in the agency’s CRM.


The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, dependable, organized, coachable, and comfortable working toward daily activity and performance goals. Previous sales or call-center experience is helpful but not required; structured training, lead lists, calling technology, and ongoing coaching will be provided.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using agency-provided lead lists and dialing technology.

Introduce the agency, identify potential insurance needs, and qualify interested prospects.

Schedule appointments or complete warm transfers to licensed sales representatives.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up activity in the agency’s CRM.

Follow approved scripts, communication standards, and lead-management procedures.

Consistently meet established expectations for call activity, qualified opportunities, and appointments.

Participate in training, call reviews, and coaching to improve communication and performance.
