Vori Health is an award-winning, nationwide, virtual-first, musculoskeletal medical practice focused on evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Using a unique care model to help patients find the best path forward, Vori Health connects patients to a trained care team that includes a nonoperative physical medicine physician, a health coach navigator, and a physical therapist who manage the initial patient assessment and then work to coordinate all aspects of care. The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Development Representative, has a background in employer, Health Plan, consultants, and distribution partnerships with a gifted ability to reach new contacts and new companies and compel them to meet with Vori. This person will have the persistence to and skill set to find and create a connection with prospective customers for Vori and encourage them to meet with our sales organization to learn more.

This is a role for a seasoned sales development representative. Someone who understands how health plans and employers are structured and how they make decisions. This person is also comfortable with both C-level interactions in addition to knowing how to navigate the consultant and broker communities. This person needs to know how Vori Health’s solution can serve everyone and make the process work better. Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams will make all this work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Essential Functions:

  • Identify / qualify sales opportunities

  • Leverage and build key relationships with decision makers to begin the relationship with Vori

  • Set meetings with employers, health plans, consultants and brokers in identified markets

  • Build relationships with the consultant and broker community

  • Accountable for achieving performance goals

  • Participate in internal client and prospect strategy meetings

  • Conduct research to identify new target accounts and contacts within those accounts

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

  • Contact potential accounts to establish rapport and arrange meetings

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure proper outreach messaging, coordination of tactics, and tracking of results

  • Establish rapport with inbound referrals and assist admissions with outside referrals

  • Follow and analyze industry trends

  • Evaluate goals on a monthly basis
