WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Manage a personal pipeline of prospects frominitialoutreach through qualification.

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events.

  • Respondto inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations.

  • Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals.

  • Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies.

  • Schedule andparticipateinprospectmeetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs. Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM.

  • Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets. Provide feedbacktomarketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
