Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping us build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, etc.).
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads and cold prospects to qualify them based on company fit, budget, need, and decision-making authority.
  • Outbound Outreach: Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Database Management: Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and document all sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities for the team.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, lead status, and key metrics to management.

Qualifications:
