Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Residia is changing how property management companies handle rental inspections and maintenance. We're looking for a hungry, highly motivated SDR to help us rapidly grow our property management customer base.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect property management companies across the U.S.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls and emails
  • Identify and reach property managers, owners, and decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate Residia's value proposition
  • Book qualified product demos for our sales team
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline
  • Help us refine our outbound sales strategy as we grow
Who We're Looking For
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Willing to make a high volume of outbound calls every day
