  • Prepare pricing models, cost estimates, RFQ responses, quotations, and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, master service agreements, quality agreements, and long-term supply agreements
  • Ensure pricing discipline and profitability targets are achieved

Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Engineering, R&D, Product Development, Operations, and Quality to define customer requirements and technical solutions
  • Translate customer needs into manufacturing and development requirements
  • Support NPI and program launch activities as the commercial lead for customer relationships
  • Collaborate on prototype development, feasibility reviews, and commercialization planning
  • Monitor scope changes, commercial risks, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, customer activity, competitor movements, and emerging technologies
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and strategic growth markets within MedTech
  • Use market insights to strengthen Aptyx's commercial positioning and win strategy

Relationship Management

  • Establish and grow relationships with executive decision-makers, procurement leaders, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted commercial advisor and brand ambassador for Aptyx
  • Support strategic growth and expansion opportunities within newly won accounts

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of successful hunter sales experience selling contract manufacturing, CDMO, or OEM services
  • Proven track record of winning new logos and large-scale OEM programs
  • Strong experience within medical device manufacturing, MedTech, or regulated healthcare industries
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulatory requirements, and medical device commercialization processes
