Role Responsibilities
TCCI is looking to grow our global sales organization. In support of our growth and new market opportunities, the Company is seeking to hire a Junior Sales Representative to support our sales team. In this role, the Junior Sales Representative will work with potential and current customers inquiring about their different active applications and help find which TCCI product best works for them. Additionally, this role will work across our Decatur, IL, Noida, India, and Ningbo, China locations to help manage current programs and supporting activities of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role the incumbent will contribute to TCCI's overarching sales development efforts through working to inquire new customers. This role will work with customers and various TCCI internal departments to mediate a variety of topics of discussion on current accounts.
• Generate leads via research, incoming inquiries and establish contact with prospective customers
• Give sales presentations to new and current customers
• Answer questions about products, pricing, programs and overall company information
• Assist customers with all inquiries to find what TCCI product best fits into their application
• Mediate discussion between customer and TCCI internal departments
• Assist current active programs with the sales team
• Collaborate with different internal departments
Key Qualifications
• Prior Sales/Account management experience
• Technical/manufacturing/automotive interest
• Comfortable with Social media and networking

• Able to travel to visit customers & go to trade shows (domestic and international travel)
