About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline generation

Requirements

  • Must be based in the East Coast (USA)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
