• Advance partner led opportunities and co selling motions with Microsoft

• Source and coordinate RFP responses, proposal development, and procurement engagements

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with enterprise decision makers and influencers

• Support executive led enterprise sales meetings, workshops, and solution discussions

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and Marketing on United States market strategy and positioning

• Track and report on sales KPIs including pipeline health, revenue forecasts, pipeline velocity, and win loss performance

• Partner with marketing to execute targeted United States demand generation initiatives

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine messaging and positioning

• Represent Assembly USA at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or SaaS

• Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles

• Strong outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and CRM management discipline

• Strong technology background with working knowledge of cloud platforms, digital products, and AI enabled solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills

• Comfort working directly with senior leadership in a growing and entrepreneurial environment
