What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll help maintain a welcoming store environment, assist customers with their needs, and support day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build meaningful customer relationships
  • Assist customers in locating products and recommending suitable alternatives
  • Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
  • Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed appropriately
  • Learn about products and services to confidently assist customers
  • Address customer questions and concerns professionally
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
  • Support pharmacy and front-end operations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
