The Sales Compensation Analyst Senior is responsible for analyzing and verifying commission incentive payments for sales associates and/or brokers using a sales incentive system and provides guidance to other analysts.
How you will make an impact:
  • Reviews and validates commission data to ensure accurate compensation payments.
  • Reviews and provides feedback on system problems and changes.
  • Answers complex sales associate and/or broker inquiries.
  • Prepares routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Performs monthly payment audits.
  • Researches issues, reviews payment history, and gathers data for response to legal or other high priority requests.
  • Recommends and supports automated solutions to incentive data applications.
  • Supports project work.
  • Tests after implementation.
  • Answers questions and provides support to staff.
  • Assesses and identifies issues and escalates as appropriate as well as supports internal controls.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or a GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
  • BS/BA degree and experience in incentive administration preferred.
  • Prefer knowledge of applications with experience in system testing, administration, and controls preferred.
  • Strong math and analytical skills strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
  • Compensation experience preferred.
