Job description

We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented individual to join our insurance agency in a developmental role designed to grow into a licensed Sales Producer position. This role provides hands-on experience in insurance sales, customer service, and agency operations while building the skills necessary for a successful career in insurance production.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound marketing and prospecting activities by phone, email, and text to cultivate new leads and generate sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships through consistent communication.
  • Assist producers by gathering information and preparing quote proposals for new business and renewal accounts.
  • Review coverage options and prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with policy servicing needs.
  • Support policy changes, renewals, and administrative tasks within the agency management system.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document communications.
  • Work closely with agency leadership to develop sales, communication, and insurance knowledge.
