Sales & Service Manager

Lead a High-Performing Team | Drive Growth | Mondayโ€“Friday Schedule

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a results-driven Sales & Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers. This role is critical to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and district growth through strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers
  • Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention
  • Conduct customer audits, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues
  • Train and onboard new Route Drivers/Customer Sales Representatives
  • Drive performance through goal setting, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all customer accounts

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Growth-oriented mindset with strong career ambition
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • Military experience is highly valued
