Leasing Agent - responsible for renting apartments and assisting tenants with their needs. Duties include meeting and touring with prospective tenants to determine lease needs. Process rental applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Leasing: Greet prospects, determine needs, showcase amenities, and close lease agreements.
  • Marketing: Advertise vacancies, conduct market surveys, and perform outreach marketing.
  • Administration: Screen applicants, prepare lease documents, collect fees/deposits, and update property management software.
  • Customer Service: Maintain positive resident relations, handle complaints, and assist with renewals.
