  • Improve reporting processes, data quality, and KPI consistency to enhance efficiency and maintain a trusted source of business information.
  • Communicate insights through effective storytelling and recommendations that help identify opportunities, address risks, and drive business results.

What We Look For:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, category management, shopper insights, or a related analytical role, preferably within consumer-packaged goods.
  • Strong experience with Circana and syndicated data analysis (Nielsen/Numerator experience a plus), with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytical tools that support commercial decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and experience combining multiple data sources to support reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
