Salary: $40k - 45K, plus Commission

Award winning experience and event agency, Fast Forward, is seeking a high energy, driven,

creative Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Executive with a passion for the food, wine and craft

beverage markets to help grow the consumer and business-to- business exhibit, sponsorship

and advertising/marketing assets in new as well as existing events and programs.

The Sales Account Executive at Fast Forward Events is responsible for achieving booth space

sales, media, and digital advertising revenue goals through growing an existing territory, along

with prospecting and driving new business. The role will involve account management (both

new and existing client base) for the accounts/leads assigned in the adult beverage market. This

position requires a self-starter who is ready to meet and exceed the sales targets and show

objectives. You will be responsible for immersing yourself in this industry to develop strong

industry knowledge and relationships; and in time to come be recognized for your industry

expertise and strong network of regular clients

Essential duties and responsibilities will include:

∙ Actively solicit and close sales through sourcing and developing new leads through faceto-face meetings (in-person and online) as well as cold calling.

∙ Exploring clients’ marketing needs and providing value-led, customer-focused solutions

to meet their business goals.

∙ Work to align exhibitor, advertiser and sponsor’s goals and objectives with the audiences

that attends events produced by Fast Forward.

∙ Manage Fast Forward’s CRM system (Zoho) including managing the sales pipeline and

providing accurate, timely reports to VP of Sales and Marketing

∙ Maintaining and growing your knowledge in your markets as well as developments

happening in your market sector especially as it pertains to any of your client or leads.

∙ Increasing sales revenue of both new and existing customers on our expanding digital

platforms (SommGo) and other opportunities.

∙ Write and edit letters/emails/ proposals.

∙ Work on site during certain events.

∙ Collate and produce sales plans and reports as required.

∙ Ensure that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and on time.

∙ Identify and research new growth areas for sales.

∙ Some travel and attendance/support at weekend and evening events is required.
