The Sales Intern plays a key role in supporting our luxury sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination for VIP guests, luxury travel advisors, and media and influencer stays.
The Sales Intern supports the Director of Luxury Sales and Senior Marketing Manager through a blend of administrative, guest-facing, and coordination responsibilities, ensuring all requests are managed with accuracy, discretion, and a high level of care. This role assists with account management, collateral preparation, and timely follow-up with clients and partners. Responsibilities include coordinating detailed itineraries, preparing welcome amenities, and ensuring all on-property experiences reflect Hyatt's luxury standards. Additionally, the Sales Intern/Coordinator maintains organized files, systems, and communication channels across departments to ensure flawless execution of all luxury, media, and VIP-related activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, polished communication, and strong problem-solving skills while supporting elevated guest and partner expectations.

Qualifications
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished presence
  • Proficiency in key computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational excellence, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Ability to support senior leaders, including the Director of Luxury Sales and Senior Marketing Manager, with discretion and attention to detail
  • Previous experience is preferred
  • Pay rate is $21 an hour
