Full‑time Regular Hobart, WI, US

Inside Sales Engineer – STC Pro

Hobart, WI

EMT International is a global leader in finishing equipment and web handling solutions for the print, label, and packaging industries. We’re looking for a Inside Sales Engineer to help grow our STC Pro product line—our custom precision components including shafts, chucks/adapters, and tooling used in converting and print operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive parts and consumables sales through customer outreach (phone/email)
  • Support customers with product selection and application questions
  • Identify upsell and re-engagement opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with sales, engineering, and service teams to deliver solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • Background in technical sales, manufacturing, or applications
  • Strong preference for candidates with industry experience in print, converting, or web handling
  • OR hands‑on knowledge of how components like shafts, chucks, adapters, or tooling are used in production
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset
Why This Role
  • Opportunity to build both technical expertise and sales skills
  • Direct impact on a growing product line
  • Clear path into outside sales, applications engineering, or product roles

If you enjoy solving customer problems and want to grow your career in a technical, customer‑facing role—we’d love to connect.
